Credit Report Information

In order to process your mortgage loan application and determine your loan eligibility, Exchange Bank is required to run a credit report. A non-refundable credit report fee of $174.00 will be charged to obtain your credit history from the 3 major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian & Trans Union).
